ABOUT THE BUSINESS
The name Sunshine Patty was a name that was quite easy for me to come up with for my small business. Patty was the name of my biggest role model, my mom. She passed away in 2006, so this small business is a way to keep her spirit alive and be able to continue saying her name proudly. Sunshine is the best part of any day. Sunshine brings happiness, and I like to think my products do too.

Creating is something I have always enjoyed, so to have found something I love creating, and sharing it with others has been so amazing.
PICK UP & SHIPPING INFO
Please give 3-5 days for your order to be processed.

If you choose the pick up option, the pick up location will be in your order confirmation email.

You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Your order will be placed in a blue bin at the location given in your confirmation email. Please do not attempt to pick up your order before receiving the email.

If you choose the shipping option, you will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
​
Your order being shipped means it has been placed in the box at the post office, and is now in the hands of Canada Post. Once your order is Canada Post's hands, I have no control of shipping time, so please allow ample time for your order to arrive. We are not responsible for lost items. If a package becomes lost, please contact Canada Post about filing for a lost package.

RETURN POLICY
Everything on the website is final sale. Exchanges and/or refunds are not accepted.

If your items arrive damaged or if they break with two weeks of receiving them, they will be replaced (as long as items are on hand), or the full price of the item will be refunded. Extra shipping costs will be charged if applicable.
EARRING CARE
Faux leather can be quite delicate, so please be careful with your beauties!

Do not wear your earrings in the shower or while swimming.
